Revenue Operations & Business Systems

We build systems that drive people to action.

Feverfew turns business goals into working systems — the automations, integrations, AI workflows, and reporting that move revenue teams from intention to execution.

What we do

Some engagements are a custom integration. Some are shaving clicks off a workflow your team runs a hundred times a day. The goal is always the same: make the right action the easy one.

  1. 01

    RevOps strategy & fractional leadership

Senior revenue-operations thinking without the headcount. We sit with your stakeholders, understand what the business needs, and design the operating system to deliver it.

  2. 02

    Automation & integration

Custom integrations between your product, GTM, and support stack. Automated communications, streamlined workflows, fewer clicks. Data moves where it needs to go, and tedious work disappears from your team’s day.

  3. 03

    AI in the workflow

Not chatbots — working systems. AI that scores and qualifies leads, triages and resolves support tickets, and handles the busywork. Plus the governance and training so your team collaborates with agents, not just chats with them.

  4. 04

    Reporting & analytics

Dashboards leadership actually opens. Reporting built around the decisions you need to make, not the fields you happen to have.

How it works
i.

Listen

We meet your stakeholders and map what they actually need — a report, a campaign, a support flow, a data pipeline.

ii.

Build

We design and build the system in your tools, with your data, against your goals.

iii.

Train

Your team learns to run it, extend it, and trust it. No black boxes.

iv.

Support

Ongoing retainer support as the business — and the system — evolves.

Recent work

Healthcare staffing marketplace

Four brands, one operating system.

The situation

After an acquisition, four brands were running on separate support platforms split across Google and Microsoft — with duplicate users, disconnected data, and overhead that grew with every handoff.

What we did

We consolidated platforms and migrated teams, integrated the core marketplace app with the support stack, and replaced manual notices with automated, product-driven communications. Then we rolled out AI across the organization, including agents wired to live operational data that research and resolve support tickets.

The outcome

A single, deduplicated view of every user across all four brands, lower operating costs, faster resolutions, and a team that builds with AI instead of around it.

Cybersecurity MSP · Defense sector

Scattered tools into an AI-native revenue engine.

The situation

A growing stack nobody fully knew how to use, data nobody trusted, and no clear way to tell the pipeline story — in an industry where security and governance aren’t optional.

What we did

We connected cloud and on-prem systems end to end, rebuilt Salesforce CPQ, and built custom apps for each sales play. We launched an AI outbound engine with fit- and signal-based pathways, call intelligence that updates Salesforce on its own, sentiment tracking for support and CS, and the governance and training to adopt it all safely.

The outcome

New opportunities nearly doubled, bookings climbed, and leadership has a live, trustworthy picture of the business.

Enterprise telecom provider

Legacy lead management, brought into the AI era.

The situation

Years of legacy Marketo workflows, inconsistent lead matching and routing, and no reliable way to tell a high-value lead from noise.

What we did

We modernized the Marketo foundation and built lead intelligence across Salesforce, Marketo, and Outreach — automated matching, scoring, and routing. AI researches each account and drafts outreach, with human-in-the-loop feedback that sharpens the system over time.

The outcome

The best leads reach senior BDRs and AEs with the research done and a first email drafted. Every other lead still gets timely, relevant engagement across channels.
